چکیده
The proposed planer layer dynamo physical model has real-world applications, especially in the Earth’s liquid core. Thus, this paper, an attempt is made to understand finite amplitude convection when there exists a coupling between Lorentz force and Coriolis force. In particular, effect of horizontally applied magnetic field studied on Rayleigh–Bénard (RBC) that contains electrically conducting fluid rotates about its vertical axis. Free–free boundary conditions are assumed geometry. Attention focused nonlinear convective flow behavior during occurrence cross rolls which perpendicular parallel rotation visualization achieved using Fourier analysis perturbations up O(ε8). relationship Nusselt number (Nu) with respect Rayleigh (R), Ekman (E), Elsasser (Λ) investigated. It observed E generates strong damping velocity heat transfer at high rates. Using heatline concept, it temperature within central regime enhanced as Λ increases. results show either decreases or increases, then rate

Effects of variations in magnetic Reynolds number on magnetic field distribution in electrically conducting fluid under magnetohydrodynamic natural convection
In this study the effect of magnetic Reynolds number variation on magnetic distribution of natural convection heat transfer in an enclosure is numerically investigated. The geometry is a two dimensional enclosure which the left wall is hot, the right wall is cold and the top and bottom walls are adiabatic. Fluid is molten sodium with Pr=0.01 and natural convection heat transfer for Rayleigh num...
متن کاملNonlinear Nonlocal Vibration of an Embedded Viscoelastic Y-SWCNT Conveying Viscous Fluid Under Magnetic Field Using Homotopy Analysis Method
In the present work, effect of von Karman geometric nonlinearity on the vibration characteristics of a Y-shaped single walled carbon nanotube (Y-SWCNT) conveying viscose fluid is investigated based on Euler Bernoulli beam (EBB) model. The Y-SWCNT is also subjected to a longitudinal magnetic field which produces Lorentz force in transverse direction. In order to consider the small scale effects,...
متن کاملUnsteady Flow of an Incompressible Viscous Electrically Conducting Fluid in Tube of Elliptical Cross Section under the Influence of Magnetic Field
Abstract—Exact solution of an unsteady flow of elastico-viscous electrically conducting fluid through a porous media in a tube of elliptical cross section under the influence of constant pressure gradient and magnetic field has been obtained in this paper. Initially, the flow is generated by a constant pressure gradient. After attaining the steady state, the pressure gradient is suddenly withdr...
متن کاملAsymptotic model for free surface flow of an electrically conducting fluid in a high-frequency magnetic field
We study the behaviour of a layer of an electrically conducting inviscid incompressible fluid in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. We derive nonlinear asymptotic equations governing the evolution of the fluid layer in the high-frequency limit. As a test for the model, we consider the linearised stability problem for an infinite planar free surface of a layer of finite depth. © 2005 E...
متن کاملMagnetic Hysteresis under an Applied Continuous External Magnetic Field
Electromagnetic systems such as AC machines have to support supply voltages containing a DC component which induces both an increase of the total magnetic losses and the premature saturation of the magnetic core. In the present paper, we present an approach for predicting the hysteresis loop of a magnetic material such as non oriented FeSi 3% which is subjected to a DC bias. The measurements ar...
